I've meaning to write a post on fitness for a while but life has been getting in the way of me finding the time. So while you wait, let me tell you about an awesome new product that a friend of mine has invented - the Fly Up. In fact, instead of me trying to explain it, take a minute to watch the video.
Doesn't it look brilliant?! For the last few weeks since I broke my hand I haven't really been able to exercise at all which is driving me mad. Not being able to kite is bad enough, but losing my fitness because doing any kind of workout with one hand is impossible, is just downright frustrating. I have tried a few things including Sworkit core strength and stretching routines and going on the cross-trainer without using the arm movement but it's tedious feels fairly ineffective. Whilst I appreciate that the core Fly Up moves might be challenging for a few weeks yet until my finger has fully healed, I would at least be able to do some of the moves, and all in the comfort of my own home.
