The Cayman Island's don't usually see much wind during the summer months, however this season we've been lucky to have enough to have a little session every few weeks. On a recent trip to Little Cayman I threw my 14m into the hold at the last-minute in the hope that a passing storm might create a little bit of breeze. With a resident population of 140, a kiting community of 3 and miles of uninhabited beaches and crystal clear waters, Little Cayman is about as idylic as it gets. The wind wasn't great but there was enough to have a little blast around - it's was flat calm, I was the only person on the water and now I can say I have kited in Little Cayman!
If you're looking for a private kite beach - this is it!
