Going Abs-olutely mad

Yawn....it's been 4 weeks since I stood on the stupid conch shell and my foot still isn't completely better. I'm getting pretty fed up of not being able to kitesurf but more than that, I'm getting really annoyed about the fact that I was feeling fairly fit before  I cut my foot and in the last 4 weeks, having not been able to do any exercise, I feel like I've turned into Augustus Gloop when he left the chocolate factory. SO I've decided to start doing some sort of physical activity that doesn't involve my foot - abs of steel here I come! Seriously though - these exercises are really good if you want to strengthen your core for kiting.
