Keeping kite fit

With the windy season all but gone in Cayman, I'm doing my best to keep my body in shape so that when the wind does blow, I can get out there and make the most of it. I've been playing a lot of tennis, running and going to gym but it's not really the same. I've now signed up to kiteboardingexercises.com - it's free to join and they have awesome training programs to keep the muscle groups you need to do your best moves nice and strong, and to strengthen joints to avoid injury. I'm off to buy a kettle ball....
