8 days of kiting pleasure = 1 hour of yoga pain!

After kiting for 8 days straight over the Christmas break we decided to start the new year as we mean to go on. New Years Resolution = balance out the abuse we give our bodies kitesurfing and wakeboarding with a weekly dose of Yoga. It terrifies me that I spent my childhood sitting in splits or standing on my hands and now I struggle to touch my toes. And there is no better place to get into Yoga than on the rooftop of one of the nicest hotels in Cayman, enjoying the sunset as you inhale, exhale and attempt to contort you body into some of the "stretches" yoga demands. Whatever your chosen sport, we can't reccomend it enough.
