Having been in the Cayman Islands for just over a month now we are officially turning soft. 20 degrees feels cold and we have to pull on a jumper. But the scariest thing? Flat, warm water might be AMAZING for learning new tricks but it's incredible how quickly you forget how to deal with chop and waves. But this week we had a very pleasant reminder with a gorgeous sunset session. The wind has been blowing from the West which on Grand Cayman means kiting on the stunning 7 mile beach. After negotiating a heavy shore dump, the conditions were super fun and contrary to being in the UK, over here you have plenty of space to enjoy them - and the sunset.
